A SHIP Counselor helps a client Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIP) is a free service that provides Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries and their families with information about healthcare benefits.

Healthcare Fraud & Abuse (Senior Medicare Patrol) is a free service that empowers seniors to prevent healthcare fraud through outreach and education. The program provides assistance to beneficiaries when they are unable to resolve insurance concerns on their own.
